Lebanese Potato souffle
1.5 kg potatoes
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
1 onion diced
250 g minced beef
Boil the potatoes, drain then mash them with milk, butter salt and pepper. Divide the mixture in half.
Spoon half of the mixture in a baking tray.
Meanwhile, cook the onion with some oil, add the meat and cook until brown.
Spoon the meat mixture on top of the potato and then add the other half and level it.
Spread some breadcrumbs on top then some pieces of butter.
Place in oven for 20 mn then broil until top is golden.
